MICHELIN Green Star
This traditional-looking 18C thatched inn has a contrastingly modern interior and comes complete with a bespoke chef's table as well as some sumptuously stylish bedrooms. A well-chosen wine list accompanies original, well-balanced and technically accomplished dishes. Lunch sees a lighter menu.

"We grow as many vegetables as possible in our 4,000 square metre garden using no pesticides and produce our own bacon, sausages, butter and cheese. We rear our own lamb as well as focusing on waste and recycling"
