La restauration est extraordinaire. Produits de grande qualité présentés par des gens passionnés et passionnant. Chacune des 5 étapes est racontée et présentée. Expérience complète avec la très bonne idée de ces cartes avec les visages des créateurs de chaque plat. L'étoile Michelin est parfaitement méritée, il me semble que la deuxième étoile serait justifiée ! Très belle découverte !
