Hotel Indigo Nanjing Garden Expo spreads across Tangshan Garden Expo in villa formations that follow the terrain rather than imposing on it, working around excavated ore rock walls and waterways that wind between courtyards. The guestrooms split across different villas incorporating mineral elements: stone textures, metallic accents, with windows that open to birdsong and valley views. MAI restaurant takes its name from the Chinese word for pulse and resembles geologists' tents once stationed at mine bases. The terrace faces Regeneration Garden valley, best experienced at sunrise when light hits the surrounding peaks first.
