On the shores of Lake Schluchsee, surrounded by the Black Forest, Hotel Auerhahn has been shaped by three generations of the Tröndle family. What began in 1993 as a traditional inn is today a 58-room hotel where Black Forest Baroque details meets a more modern aesthetic. Two restaurants define its culinary life, one devoted to fine dining, the other to lighter regional dishes, alongside a bar known for inventive drinks and a generous spa. Here, tradition doesn’t stand still, but it evolves in step with the landscape around it.
