Set deep in the Corsican maquis above Propriano Bay, L’Hostellerie du Moulin des Oliviers is the smaller, more secluded companion to the nearby Hotel Marinca. Its nine rooms and suites, spread across a main house, treehouse, and hilltop dovecote, come with sea views, outdoor Jacuzzis, and plenty of privacy. The pool and panoramic terrace overlook the Mediterranean, surrounded by olive trees and low-slung gardens. A terraced lounge overlook the coastline, while guests are a short drive, or complimentary shuttle, away from one of Corsica’s most scenic beaches. It is a well-designed escape with space, stillness, and long scenic views.
