Owned by the largest meat importer in Taiwan, Fresh & Aged specialises in premium beef cuts from Nebraska, U.S.A, typically dry-aged for 28 days in a custom-made chamber. Diners can even pre-order steaks dry-aged up to 128 days. Non-beef choices are also ample and include Cherry Valley duck breast and SRF Kurobuta pork dry-aged for 21 days. The annexed supermarket selling a smorgasbord of raw meats is worth checking out. Pre-ordering is recommended.
