Some dishes such as the mountain hay soup with veal sweetbreads, ash and bee pollen highlight their connection to the region; others such as the X.O. mature beef with sweet potato, spicy cucumber and mole showcase international influences – in this case, inspired by chef Erhard Schober's travels in Mexico. There are also vegetarian alternatives. A range of exciting original cocktails is available to complement your meal. The setting is chic – the fine dining restaurant has floor-to-ceiling windows and there is an adjoining bistro area, as well as a bar with a small lounge. Thanks to the location on the fourth floor of the Zentrum für Visionen building, the balcony terrace is a fantastic spot in good weather.
