Not far from the Mole, sitting at a table you are immersed in a modern, essential atmosphere in half light, where the food plays the lead. And on closer inspection: Marcello Trentini is one of the most skilled and versatile chefs, not only in Turin. Among tasting menus dedicated to his classics and a vegetarian path (but with the possibility of choosing à la carte), his cuisine is a masterstroke–or rather, wizardry–because of its well thought out complexity and ability to travel among Piedmontese and international, for example Asian, flavors and recipes. Simple titles of just a few words often conceal great masterpieces, sometimes with products expressed in multiple preparations.
