Situated in one of the most magical locations of the Roero region, this restaurant boasts a terrace with breathtaking views of the Langhe. Here, Giuseppe D'Errico serves dishes on a series of set menus with surprise options that vary according to the chef’s inspiration. The cuisine isn’t necessarily rooted in the region but features top-quality ingredients that are presented in the style of famous contemporary artists such as Jackson Pollock and Alberto Burri – dishes are also given unusual and imaginative names such as “Grande Rosso” and “Inedita Croccantezza”.
