Situated just a stone’s throw from the sea, this restaurant boasts a charming view of the Temple of Jupiter Anxur. However, once in the restaurant itself, your attention is focused fully on the experience that awaits. A modern and elegant dining room provides the setting, where a cheese display and a cabinet used to age premium meats demonstrate that they take their food seriously here! The owner-chef’s cuisine has moved with the times, while still remaining anchored in the region – fish caught in local waters takes pride of place on the menu, while the meat is sourced from around the world. “I never move away from my kitchen” says Simone Nardoni, “so that I can prove to myself every day that it is only through hard work that you achieve your goals”.
