The surprise set menu comes in a choice of either 6 or 7 courses, with Finnish and European ingredients featuring in modern dishes with a classic heart and a creative blend of textures and flavours. The 400-strong wine list features a range of top producers from the Old World, and can be sampled through well-chosen wine pairings.
