Yoshoku Edoya traces its establishment to1954, when its founder, having studied Western cuisine, converted a Japanese confectionery shop into a restaurant – it still bears the name it had at its founding. The perennial favourite here is hamburger steak, served with a generous helping of demi-glace and topped with a fried egg.
