A pleasantly surprising option in this small town and featuring two distinct ambiences: the unpretentious and original bar serving the daily menu and decorated with bulls’ heads, and the meticulously arranged contemporary dining room for the à la carte and tasting menus. The cooking here varies between an array of tapas-style dishes, a section devoted to fusion-style Japanese cuisine, and what El Albero refers to as El Catarrás, a culinary project that focuses on the traditional Murciana hen.
