Housed in one of the most beautiful 19C residences in Opatija, Villa Ariston is one of the region’s unmissable gastronomic experiences. Since mid-2019, Miro Šobot has followed in the footsteps of those who preceded him, maintaining the skilful balance between tradition, classic flavours and creative touches that has given the restaurant its fine reputation. The menu features numerous fish dishes, as well as local specialities such as lamb from the nearby Cres island.
