In the middle of a beautiful basin, overlooking rolling hills half covered with its own vineyards, Ca' del Profeta is located in the Asti countryside, just a few kilometres from the provincial capital. Modern interiors and a panoramic terrace are the backdrop to a decidedly innovative Piedmontese cuisine: from the region, in fact, both traditional recipes and seasonal ingredients are ‘borrowed’, from which the chef draws inspiration for personal inventions and influences with external elements, such as roots (scorzonera, celeriac and beetroot), cooked in three creative recipes inspired by the Orient.
