On the terrace or through the restaurant's large bay windows, the landscape seems to insinuate itself between the tables, as you can drink in a wonderful panoramic view over the grounds and the rooftops of Gourdon's old town in the distance. The menu showcases produce from the region through its own spin on traditional cuisine, which is enhanced by moments of creativity: potato gnocchi with sweet garlic, mushroom consommé and salsify espuma; trout fillet, creamy risotto with wild nettles and green asparagus.
