No matter the reason, Little Chango is a delightful place for casual Latin American fare. Choose from items like arepas with shredded ropa vieja and "lunch boxes" with rice and meat selections. Don't even think about skipping their sides, ranging from mamposteao, or Puerto Rican-style yellow rice and beans, to a bright escabeche with diced avocado, thinly sliced bell peppers and red onion in vinegar and oil.
