During summer, the terrace offers incomparable views of the lake and castle, with some tables positioned directly over the water. The gastronomic offerings, created by a chef trained in the Heinz Beck school, include various tasting menus and an à la carte selection of elegant, structured dishes where the skilled use of ingredients, including exotic ones, always aims to build complex yet harmonious and inviting flavors.
