I firmly believe in the old farm model where we restore value to residual streams as raw materials, but with the efficiency and knowledge of the here and now. By working very closely with the agrifood sector in our region, we have established an efficient short chain where we pay each other fair prices and help each other with challenges. Seasons are in our DNA as we use what the regenerative garden has to offer us. We compost our vegetable residues and where we can, this is processed into food for our pigs.
