Ein Stern: eine Küche voller Finesse
In the rooms of an old farmhouse that “Drake” Enzo Ferrari purchased, along with the entire area now dedicated to the iconic Maranello factory and symbol of Italy in the world, to make it a company canteen later transformed from 1950 into a proper restaurant, today the creative vein of Massimo Bottura is expressed through the work of his student Riccardo Forapani and of Virginia Cattaneo. The most orthodox regional cuisine – the tortellini from Tortellante are unmissable – is therefore also represented with refined customizations, as with Mòdna, the Sachertorte in a customized version with sour cherries. Interesting wine list with many by-the-glass options; all in an atmosphere with charmingly vintage tones.
