The à la carte here, which every lunchtime in winter is enhanced by delicious traditional-style dishes (on Thursdays, you can order the traditional “cocido madrileño”), includes options such as creamy rice with vegetables, glazed lamb shank with potato gratin, and a superb sole meunière.
