The minimalist interior keeps your attention on the food, where each plate is a complex composition of flavors that are bound to delight and surprise. Begin with such harmonious starters as avocado confit, a half avocado dusted with their onion ash and served with confit tomatoes and dressed arugula that is simple but impressive. Koshikari rice porridge delivers depth and a riot of textures, while the milk chocolate crémeux finished with almond streusel, praline and a dusting of frozen cucumber cream is a striking closer.
