The wine list is the linchpin of this warm, aptly named restaurant with an intimate urban garden to the rear. Owner David van Steenderen, a world-class sommelier, has a knack for finding new gems. He takes great pleasure in letting his diners taste his discoveries for themselves, offering a choice of wine pairings. The food is just as sophisticated. Classic techniques meet innovative ideas and expertise, creating dishes that complement the wines beautifully.
