                            This compact restaurant has just five tables and the interior entirely done out in warm wood embodies a harmonious blend of elegance and Alpine charm; everything is of the highest quality, reflecting the exclusive setting of the luxurious Schlosshotel in which Schlossherrnstube is located. Patrick Raaß and his team create innovative, French-influenced dishes using top-quality ingredients, from which they devise a set menu. For example, the succulent and tender Tristan lobster works beautifully with the delicately acidic notes of mandarin and flavoursome spinach or a wonderfully al dente cooked raviolo with an aromatic soft egg yolk filling and Perigord truffle topping.
