                        Named after their dog, Doori also symbolizes the couple behind it—a couple and two cuisines, Korean and Western. Born and raised in Yongsan, the chef and his wife present inventive Korean dishes in a serene, minimalist setting. The menu evolves daily based on seasonal ingredients, guided by a zero-waste philosophy.  The highlight is “All of Today’s Scraps,” a dish crafted from the day’s leftover bits—thoughtfully transformed into something deeply flavorful and aromatic. It’s hard to imagine a finer expression of conscious, refined dining.
