Just like the setting, which marries traditional inspiration with contemporary flair, the dishes reflect a blend of old and new. Grilled calamari with burnt orange and pangrattato is at once simple and refined. Main dishes, whether the 24-ounce contrafiletto or the Nova Scotia lobster finished with a vermouth and tarragon butter, are impressive.
