Tucked away in a side street in the Karaköy neighbourhood, this somewhat inconspicuous historical building reveals a tastefully decorated interior featuring intimate lighting, a palette of dark brown hues, and regularly changing artwork. Diners can choose from a tempting à la carte selection or opt for one of the creative set menus. The dishes are not unnecessarily complicated but are bursting with flavour – it is the seasoning and robust sauces that set them apart. Take, for instance, the succulent agnolotti del plin, filled with slow-cooked oxtail and served with a Parmesan cream and fine breadcrumbs.
