Somewhat unusually, this restaurant located along one of the busiest streets in the centre of Pamplona offers the same dining options at the bar counter as it does in the dining room. Here, Tudela-born chef Leandro Gil showcases cuisine with a traditional flavour and a special prominence for vegetables, although you’ll also find a good choice of fish and meat on the à la carte, the latter complemented by two menus: “Clásicos” and the market-inspired “De Mercado”. Make sure you try the croquettes which were nominated as some of the best in the world at Madrid Fusión 2024.
