This historic establishment has taken a new direction under the leadership of chef Esteve Garcia and his partner, Celine Wu, who decided to pack their bags and leave their respective jobs in Singapore to embark on a more personal project, where Catalan cuisine is the epicentre of everything. They offer traditional-regional cuisine with modern touches, which takes shape under the umbrella of a comprehensive menu that includes daily specials, options for sharing, fish from the Palamós fish market... as well as delicious rice dishes and fideuás (minimum two diners). Their speciality? Without a doubt, their lobster au gratin with hollandaise sauce and mushroom duxelle (must be ordered one day in advance).
