Located close to the city’s bullring, this restaurant continues to win plaudits and as a result is always full. Boasting a classic-contemporary ambience with an elegant feel, it is professionally run by Manuel and Esther, the former in the kitchen and the latter dispensing her friendly service in a choice of dining spaces (including the bar). The traditionally based cuisine here comes with hints of modernity and fusion and is enhanced by enticing daily suggestions announced at your table. On the menu, you’ll find dishes such as quail escabeche with Palo Cortado sherry and a beansprout salad; wild sea bass with kimchi, pak choi and black garlic; and Iberian pork meatballs with red curry and a celeriac cream.
