This charming building dating from 1823 has not shed its traditional character – lovely old wood panelling makes it really cosy! Here you will get to enjoy friendly service and regional, seasonal dishes, such as braised leg of venison. At the entrance you can sneak a peek into the kitchens.
"I raise goats and chickens myself, in my kitchen we cook with whole regional organic grazing cattle and pigs kept in pens with plenty of straw, the organic vegetables are grown only 3km away and I also grow some produce myself. Constant personal contact with the producers. Energy is saved wherever possible."
