This restaurant is housed in an 8m-high building on stilts right by the beach, within spitting distance of the sea – an impressive location in which to enjoy fresh cuisine featuring produce from the region. The tempting menu includes grilled fish and meat, and their must-try signature dish: ceviche. The atmosphere is nice and lively both inside and out on the fabulous terrace. A welcome addition to the two other Salt & Silver restaurants in Hamburg.
