PRU stands for ‘plant, raise, understand’ and it is this ethos that underpins every aspect of this sophisticated, intimate and romantic restaurant, a stone’s throw from the sea. From amuse bouche to dessert, PRU offers a journey that presents the restaurant’s vision with respect to Thailand’s bountiful seasonal ingredients. The menu focuses on seafood and plants, of which some are grown in the restaurant’s 96-hectare organic farm.
Gastronomia e sustentabilidade
"Pru Jampa, our own farm that supplies vegetables, herbs and flowers, is where we put the idea of permaculture into practice, while pursuing sustainability and supporting artisan producers. Seasonal ingredients including line-caught seafood and free range animals decide our menu cycles and are 100% from Thailand."
