Like the Siam@Siam Design Hotel Bangkok in which it sits, this rooftop restaurant takes a contemporary approach yet retains an authentic Thai character. The chef produces a seasonally changing tasting menu that uses entirely Thai produce, all of premium quality. Dishes are well-presented, showcase great skill from the kitchen team and often have a story behind them.
