The most interesting aspect of a restaurant is that it demonstrates personality, something that is evident thanks to chef Salvatore Loi, who imposes his own style on everything he does. Here, you can enjoy authentic regionally inspired Italian cuisine based around a "casual" concept which is committed to two main principles: the perfect preparation of fresh pasta and roasted dishes. Its menu includes an impressive risolio dish, which is similar to risotto but prepared without butter.
