MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

On the French flag, the blue stripe signifies liberty, the white, equality and the red, fraternity. If we adopt this symbolism, it could be said that the raison d'être of this bistro is fraternisation; something it achieves by offering great food and a charming atmosphere. Signature dishes here include grilled foie gras with figs and toasted brioche and, to round off your meal, the marvellous classic, Tarte Tatin.
