The French architect Christophe Pillet designed this modern boutique hotel’s low-rise buildings set amid pretty Mediterranean gardens. Rooms and suites are sophisticated and spare, with floor-to-ceiling windows, bright white walls, and an all-natural color palette; all rooms have private balconies or terraces facing the gardens or the ocean.
