Even the smallest of Mandala’s 159 studios and suites are large by Berlin standards, and each is individually designed while being cut from the same modern-elegant cloth — clean and bright but never sterile, a style more suited to a chic apartment than to a flashy hotel.
Distinctly calming is the fifth-floor terrace restaurant, with a retractable glass roof to keep the elements out and let the moonlight in: the two-MICHELIN-Star FACIL serves a sophisticated cuisine in a stylish setting. A more casual bar and restaurant called QIU draws from the same culinary inspiration. And the most tranquil space is the award-winning ONO Spa, beautifully designed by Braun & Braun, featuring a range of low- and high-tech treatments, from Lomi Lomi, Balinese, and Abhyanga massage to the state-of-the-art Iyashi Dôme infrared treatment bed.
