Situated in the heart of town, this lovely little restaurant was founded thanks to a Kickstarter campaign. The team might look laid-back but they know their stuff and each creative dish is served with a full explanation of its make-up. The clean, unfussy style belies the work involved in their preparation; tuck in and you’ll discover a range of flavours and textures, often including playful elements like the 'Cheese Jammie Dodger', sandwiching cheese mousse and tomato jam between savoury biscuits.
