With sweeping views over Trento and the Adige Valley, this restaurant showcases the cuisine of Chef Edoardo Fumagalli, who channels energy and creativity into three tasting menus. Among these, the Passione Bollicine menu stands out, designed to highlight the celebrated sparkling wines of the house, Ferrari spumante. Local ingredients are front and center, especially in the menu dedicated to Trentino, but they are also reinterpreted with refined technique, paired with products and inspirations from other regions.
