Readers may recognize the name it shares with a noodle shop in Wan Chai – yes, this is a spinoff by the same owner-chef, Adam Cliff. While it shares almost the same menu as the Wan Chai branch, certain exclusive dishes stand out. For instance, its signature 11-spice Northern Thai curry takes up to eight hours to make and is the perfect companion to egg noodles.
