The owner also sells seafood from the opposite stall so diners can pick from a dazzling selection flown in daily. Ask servers for the best way to cook your meal; for instance, razor clams are typically stir-fried in chilli black bean sauce, and abalone with ginger and scallion in a claypot. The signature fish soup is simmered for hours with freshwater fish and tofu. Try also the deep-fried eggplant, and tofu skin sweet soup with pearl barley.
