The fine dining restaurant in the distinguished Kulm Hotel St Moritz is only open to guests during the winter season. This is a great pity, for seated here at exquisitely set tables under a beautiful white vaulted ceiling you can indulge in some first-class food, brought to you by an extremely friendly and professional service team. It goes without saying that one would like to be able to sample this multifaceted, perfectly balanced and always surprising cuisine more often, delivered as it is under the supervision of Argentinean culinary grandmaster Mauro Colagreco, but without having to travel all the way to his three-star restaurant in Menton on the Côte d'Azur. It's best to opt for the surprise menu – but you can also order à la carte. Reservations are a must!
