You don’t get to be a culinary benchmark by accident! Chef Steven and his sommelière Annelies have devoted themselves body and soul to make this restaurant a beacon of French cuisine in Lier. That said, they aren’t afraid of dusting the cobwebs off culinary traditions or adding a personal spin, such as mustard-flavoured ice cream served with steak tartare. The intelligently curated wine list is perfectly paired to the food.
