This bright and airy restaurant, originally hailing from St. Petersburg, is known for harmoniously marrying Asian influences with European accents. Today, Blinov presents his Signature Set Menu that blends innovative flavours with the art of mixology priced at 450 AED per person.
The tasting menu is comprised of three courses specially curated by the creative Russian chef. The experience starts off with fresh with a yellowtail ceviche that combines seafood with the richness of avocado, paired with a bright and citrusy passion fruit margarita. Then the mood shifts to delicately prepared, parmesan-crusted Hokkaido scallops, whose savoury flavours are perfectly balanced with a fruity Peche Blanche cocktail. To close off the gastronomic journey, the chef features a rib-eye tataki accompanied by foie gras. The last course is combined with a currant smoked Negroni to round off the experience with deep, smokey notes.
