Since December 2023 there is a new chef who passed through Masterchef and left a job as project manager to follow his passion. His proposal is generous both in terms of the variety of choice (several proposals including seafood) and the consistency of the dishes. The most prominent specialities, obviously convivial, are the fondues of local cheese and chinoise, as well as the local “premium” Alpine beef in the form of tomahawk, t-bone steak, rib eye and tagliata. Interesting wine selection also by the glass.
