An attractive blend of urban cool and historical ambiance is the backdrop here and the exposed old brickwork certainly adds to the effect! On regular evenings, the kitchen serves up regionally inspired dishes with an international twist, either as a three- to five-course set menu or à la carte. Classics include, for example, hand-cut Irish beef fillet tartare. Thursday evenings are dedicated to Japanese fusion cuisine. More limited options at lunchtime. Attentive, charming and adept service. Thanks to the beautiful location in the Old Town, right by the Aare River, tables on the waterfront terrace are coveted in summer.
