With this brasserie, the Châeau Attisholz presents a chic alternative to its fine dining restaurant (Le feu). Contemporary design meets a period cross-vaulted ceiling and pillars made of 18C Solothurn stone to form a harmonious whole. The menu features fresh seasonal cuisine rooted in classic recipes, with a preference for regional produce. At lunchtime, the options are reduced to a two-course set menu, to which a dessert can be added. There are elegant spaces on the first floor for events. Comfortable overnight accommodation available.
