This restaurant is embarking on a new chapter right next to La Concha Beach, on the ground floor of the charming Villa Favorita hotel. There, behind that ‘887’—in honour of the number of his family home in São Paulo (Brazil)—chef Antonio Carlos Belotti takes another step forward on his personal journey, as he seeks to grow while remaining true to a fusion-style approach capable of transporting us from the Basque Country and its local products to the tables of France, Mexico, Japan... His innate talent—which plays with technique to put it at the service of creativity—results in a short à la carte and a carefully crafted tasting menu.
