Located in Abu Dhabi's Qasr al Hosn and meaning "legacy" in Arabic, Erth became the first-ever Emirati restaurant to receive a MICHELIN star. Chef Debi Prasad Rath innovately introduces diners to local dishes through modern interpretation.
The chef uses locally-sourced ingredients to embody the beloved flavours of Emirati cuisine, particularly with the date. This ingredient, which holds significance in the country's gastronomic culture, is creatively incorporated across some of Erth's savoury and sweet dishes, from the lamb meatballs with saloona gravy to their date sphere bateetha.
